Our Story

From grandmothers’ recipes in a small kitchen… to a thriving dairy house!

Our journey began by raising our cows on clean, natural feed.

Our story started when women from Rahbeh followed recipes passed down from their grandmothers to make dairy and cheeses for their families, neighbors, and loved ones.

Everyone quickly agreed that this is how real dairy should taste.

As demand grew, so did our herd and production. What began as small batches of homemade labneh and cheese gradually expanded into a full range of dairy products.

After the economic crisis of 2019, the price of milk rose sharply and many products on the market raised concerns about quality and authenticity. Families were often forced to choose between affordability and trust, a choice we believe should never exist.

Today, we operate a fully equipped dairy facility built with modern machinery and strict quality standards. By keeping full control over every step of production, we are able to offer clean, natural dairy products at fair prices.

Today, our dairy supports families in Rahbeh by creating local jobs and preserving traditional dairy craftsmanship passed down through generations.

Our Mission

Our mission is to produce fresh, natural dairy rooted in Lebanese tradition and crated with care from our farm in Rahbeh to your table.

What We Make

We produce a wide range of baladi dairy, including fresh milk, laban, labneh, butter, traditional white cheeses, and specialty varieties such as Gouda, Tomme Swiss, Cheddar, and Kashkaval.
All are made from fresh cow’s milk, without additives.
